time for you

Since I left my job of 10 years, I have been busy getting one daughter through graduation and one married.

Also, I haveam working to hard to get my health back and build up for my future endeavors.  My goals are to race the 70.3 in Lubbock this summer and to drop weight by 25 pounds.  I have made changes in my eating habits and continue to tweak it as I go along.  I have a great trainer that is pushing me and making break myself past what I should be able to do.

Today, was a day for swimming and time to think.  When you are in the water by yourself and gliding on the water, there is time to think and let the mind wander.  I may reach any conclusions when I do this, but it is a mental break that I need.

One thought is how much time do we take for ourselves?  Sometimes we get so busy we do not have time to think about ourselves.  I leave you with this thought.  No one will make time for you if you do not make time for yourself.

Peace.
